Cunard Refunds 100%

I have some "embedded reporters" <vbg> on board the QM2. I have received word that Cunard has decided to refund 100% of their cruise & air fare. In addition, Cunard President Carol Marlow will meet the ship in Rio to apologize for the missed ports.
