NTSB Heavy-Weather Damage Report

I received this press release from the National Transportation Safety Board about the Norwegian Dawn last April. 
STORY
This is the incident where the Captain was accused in the media of going through a storm to get back to NYC for a TV segment. Of course, this was all false speculation. It will be interesting to see if the media plays up this report exonerating the captain and his crew. Do you wish to place a wager on that happening? <:+)
